Milos island Greece

The Museum of Milos (Plaka) is housed in a neo-classical building of 1870, the work of E. Ziller. It was restored by architects of the 21st Ephorate of Prehistoric and Classical Antiquities, and functions as a museum since 1985. 
The museum includes the following collections: 
Prehistoric finds from Pylakopi 
Sculptures and reliefs 
Obsidian tools and other pieces 
Inscriptions

Winter period : Monday: Closed, Tuesday - Friday: 08:00 - 14:30 Weekends and Holidays 08:00 - 14:30<
From July 1st to October 31: Daily: 08.30 - 15.00, Monday: closed Ticket price500 Drs., Students: 300 Drs., Sunday: free admission

The Historical and Folklore Museum has a collection of folk artefacts, samples of the island's minerals, photographs and historical documents of the greatest interest.
