north-eastern shores of Andros are very windy and its climate is mild,
dry and very healthy. Its many running waters and wonderful climate make
Andros one of the most fertile Cycladic islands
During
the warmer months of June, July, August and September the daily temperatures
normally reach an average top of 26C, (79F). May and October are a little
cooler with the average high temperature of 22C (71F). January is normally
the coldest month with an average high temperature of 14C (58F) and average
low temperature of 9C (49F). |
